Tiwtor is in beta.
We're early, and we're glad you're here for this bit. Calling it a beta is what lets us put Tiwtor in your hands now rather than in a year: everything works (most of the time), it's just still being shaped around the people using it. Here's what that means for you.
What beta means for you
- It works today — the flagship Cymraeg Byw collection, flashcards, listening exercises and the AI tools are all live.
- It's moving quickly — features get added, moved and reworked while you're using it.
- Some bits will wobble — the occasional bug, an empty corner, a phrase we'd word differently. Tell us and we'll fix it.
- Your feedback steers it — what early learners tell us decides what we build next.
Where things stand
An honest read on what's ready to lean on and what's still settling.
Solid today
- The Cymraeg Byw collection — phrases and audio in both dialects
- Flashcards with spaced recall
- Listening exercises built from your lists
- Building and generating your own phrase lists
Still settling
- Reading exercises — coming soon
- Swapping AI audio for human recordings, collection by collection
- Offline use for Tiwtor Plus
- The odd phrase in your AI-generated lists that needs a second look
What about Tiwtor Plus and pricing?
Pricing works the same in beta as it will after: the flagship collection is free, the AI tools have a free tier, and Tiwtor Plus covers the rest. What Plus costs goes straight on audio, servers and a frankly alarming number of AI calls. Plans may shift a little while we settle in; if you subscribe early, you'll get plenty of notice before anything changes.
Tell us what to fix
This is the whole point of a beta. If a phrase sounds off, a feature feels clunky, or something's just broken, we want to hear it. Welsh speakers especially: tell us when we've got the dialect wrong.
Found something? Got an idea?
Drop us a line. Real people read every message, and beta feedback jumps the queue.
